When you use the form, the following data may be processed: full name, email address, property location and message content.
- Purpose : to respond to your request, assess your project and manage the follow-up of the business relationship.
- Legal basis : pre-contractual measures taken at your request and, depending on the nature of the follow-up, Atria Conciergerie’s legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients.
- Recipients : authorised persons within Atria Conciergerie and its technical service providers where necessary.
- Retention : for the time required to process the request, then for no more than 3 years after the last contact for business follow-up.
The website does not store contact form messages in its own database: they are sent to the professional email address configured for Atria Conciergerie.
Audience measurement
With your prior consent, the website uses Google Analytics to measure traffic and understand how pages are used. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept it. Advertising features and personalised advertising are disabled in the website integration.
